Join the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy at the Towamencin Township Building to learn about all things stormwater! This interactive workshop will explore the problems associated with stormwater runoff and practical ways you can reduce runoff at home.
Topics will include adding native plants to your yard, using environmentally friendly lawn and garden maintenance practices, installing a rain barrel, and other simple strategies that help protect local waterways.
Participants will leave with practical ideas and resources they can use to reduce stormwater runoff and make their backyard more environmentally friendly.
