Experiential education opportunities combine education, service, and hands-on experience that provide students with the opportunities to learn about and appreciate the natural world.

Flood Mitigation & Streambank Remediation
Program Duration: Two Hours
Fee: $16.00 per student, 19 student minimum

Habitat Creation 101
Program Duration: Two Hours
Fee: $16.00 per student, 19 student minimum
Audience: Can be adapted for 6th - 12th grade aged students
Description: During this program, students are immersed in habitat features that are naturally occurring and that are human-created and maintained. Students gain first-hand experience in environmental observation, plant identification, native plant propagation, invasive species management, conservation & garden planning, design, and maintenance, and species data collection and recording.
