Join us for a mid-week evening presentation followed by a Saturday morning bird walk led by Marcia Clouser, Ursinus College Lecturer and birding enthusiast. During her mid-week presentation, Marcia will take an in-depth look at the variety of raptors which call the Perkiomen Creek Watershed their home. In addition to hawks and owls, Marcia will focus a portion of her presentation on the return of Bald Eagles to this area including threats to their survival and conservation efforts which have met with success. Numerous regular sightings along the East Branch and Perkiomen Creeks have thrilled many outdoor adventurers and instilled hope that their population will continue to grow. Our evening program will be followed up with a bird walk on Saturday which will begin at the Conservancy's Brownstone Barn.
