Join us for this indoor/outdoor presentation by Andrew Curtis, the Conservancy's Board Vice Chairman and avid herpetologist. Andrew's passion for frogs, snakes, salamanders and toads has taken him to numerous wetlands in the Mid-Atlantic States. His knowledge of each species, their life cycle, behaviors, habitat needs and threats to survival provides participants an in-depth look at the status of our native species. Andrew's enthusiasm is contagious and his dedication to a fragile species is inspiring.
We will meet at the Conservancy for a slide presentation, then we will travel to a local wetland in the watershed. Dress for cool and damp conditions, bring tall waterproof boots, and a flashlight. This program takes place rain or shine!
