• THE H&K GROUP'S CHARITY GOLF OPEN TO BENEFIT THE CONSERVANCY! |

The H&K Group has selected the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy as beneficiary of its 2012 Employee Charity Golf Event on September 22 at Lederach Country Club.
In a statement to employees by The H&K Group's Public Relations office, Tony Jeremias explained H&K's choice of beneficiary:
"The selected charity for this year's outing is the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy (PWC). Located just 3 miles from The H&K Group’s Corporate Headquarters, the PWC is a nonprofit organization founded in 1964 by local citizens to combat pollution in the Perkiomen Creek and its tributaries. The watershed encompasses 362 square miles and 57 municipalities in Berks, Bucks, Lehigh and Montgomery counties. Many of us, whether we know it or not live within this very large watershed, and can only benefit from the many events and programs held by the PWC, which keep our surrounding land and water clean, as well as educate us and our children about the earth, the water, and all of the creatures that reside here. The H&K Group has enjoyed a valuable working relationship with PWC over the years, and it is our great appreciation of their mission that prompted us to select them as the beneficiary of this year’s event."
