The Conservancy would like to thank Gwynedd Friends Preschool & Kindergarten for their donation of an estimated $500 in children's books for our Children's Library! The school hosted a Scholastic Book Fair earlier this year, and donated the profits of the sale to the Conservancy after hearing about the many books we lost in the flooding due to Hurricane Irene. Pictured is the Gwynedd Friend's Kindergarten class proudly showing their donated books during a recent visit to the Conservancy for our "Spring Sensations" Kindergarten program. |
